Job summary

Expressive Connections in Pasadena is seeking full-time and part-time Speech Language Pathologists to join their multi-disciplinary outpatient practice. You will work primarily with children but have opportunities for adult therapy as well. This position emphasizes holistic methods and collaboration with a diverse team to enhance the quality of life of clients suffering from neurological disorders.

Qualifications

• Must have ASHA CCC or be a CF candidate.

Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist

• Full-time

Our multi-disciplinary outpatient practice is dedicated to helping those whose quality of life is impacted by trauma, developmental, genetic, and other neurological disorders. We evaluate and treat patients with evidence-based, holistic methods and through adherence to our foundation of excellence, dedication, collaboration, and compassion. We develop treatment programs to support all of our client and family needs, incorporating ideas and approaches from our diverse team of new and experienced generalists and specialists. Expressive Connections fosters and encourages continuing education and specialization, and provides support for our team members to follow their passions! Our facility includes state-of-the-art, specially designed equipment, 3 gyms, and 10 individual treatment rooms to support specific programs such as feeding and lactation, sensory integration, fine motor work, communication development, and more!

We are hiring SLPs for our diverse client population primarily working in pediatrics with opportunities for adult therapy and assessments as well! Our therapists work as a team with weekly meetings and trainings to best support our patients and grow as well-rounded clinicians. We currently have openings for:

• Part-time (afternoons)
• Full-time
• Clinic-Based and/or In-home (Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Burbank, Glendale, or Rosemead)

The therapist will support our team and community by providing:

• Completed evaluations and treatment sessions
• Successful parent coaching/family training
• Accurate diagnostic and billing codes
• Thorough and complete documentation utilizing company policies, templates, and procedures
• Success stories that inspire hope and encourage others
