The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist - SLPA Supervisor in Fall River, MA. The role involves mentoring a team of SLPAs and ensuring high-quality service delivery within school settings.

You will lead with impact, foster professional growth, and collaborate with teams to support IEP goals while operating onsite or in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, must be current for 2 years to supervise.
• Active state license as a speech-language pathologist.
• MA DESE certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• IEP experience.
• SLPA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of SLPAs to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee supervision and training of SLPA staff.
