Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Speech Language Pathologists for 100% remote teletherapy roles serving school-based caseloads nationwide. Work from home with a flexible schedule during school hours and a ready-made caseload.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs, state licensure, and at least 1 year of school-based experience (IEPs/case management). Licensure in multiple states is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs required or eligible.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience including IEPs and case management.
• Current state SLP licensure; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote teletherapy to students during the school day.
• Collaborate with school teams and IEP stakeholders across time zones.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress for students.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA/FERPA and licensing requirements.
