Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Hanover, MA is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role is 24 hours per week in a therapist-owned, supportive environment.

You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab staff, and maintain timely documentation while enjoying a generous PTO package, benefits, and flexible schedules. This is a part-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be eligible to practice in the state.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Maintain timely, detailed documentation and attention to detail.
• Be flexible with hours and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to plan and execute patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using electronic systems.
• Participate in care planning and resident-focused team discussions.
