THHN Consulting LLC, a Florida-based healthcare consulting company, seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide home health services across all 67 Florida counties as 1099 independent subcontractors. Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted Florida Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred (or CF eligible with supervision plan).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed).
• Reliable transportation; dysphagia experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct speech-language pathology evaluations including swallowing (dysphagia) and OASIS assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide skilled intervention for aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication deficits.
• Complete MBSS/FEES referrals as appropriate and coordinate with the care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques and compensatory strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.

Role Overview
