The facility, Breakwater Commons, provides post-acute rehab and memory care with ocean views and a collaborative culture that prioritizes patient-centered care. You will deliver individualized therapy, collaborate with nurses and physicians, and participate in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current SLP license or be license-eligible in Maine.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab preferred.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
