Preftherapy is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab unit in Middletown, RI. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and work with a collaborative rehab team. A current SLP license or eligibility is required.

Strong computer and documentation skills are essential. The position offers a per-diem schedule with a pay range of $50–$60 per hour and generous PTO benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
