Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Michigan to work in SNF/LTC settings.

This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, CEU reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, and a generous benefits package. 401(k) with matching and housing accommodations may be provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent SNF/LTC SLP experience required.
• Current SLP license within the state of practice (MI) or in process to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in SNF/LTC settings.
• Assess, diagnose and treat communication/swallowing disorders in residents.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement treatment plans.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.
