Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the process of licensure in IL to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule in Galesburg, IL.

You will be accountable for delivering high-quality patient care in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals. Applicants must have at least 1 year of SLP experience in SNF/LTC and hold a current IL SLP license.

Job Description:

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experiencedSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of IL to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

• This is a contract position
• 5x8 Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.
