Relient Health in Ideal, GA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
