AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Jacksonville, North Carolina school district to hire a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. You will work with students, teachers, and parents to deliver comprehensive speech and language services, conduct assessments, and develop IEPs with clear goals.

Direct therapy will be provided to students in individual and group settings throughout the school year. The role requires a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and CCC from ASHA.

Job Description & RequirementsSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)StartDate: 12/1/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2150.00 - $2215.00AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-respected school district in Jacksonville, North Carolina to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students’ academic and social development. Responsibilities for this role include conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. The SLP will also develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs. Throughout the course of the school year, they will provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. They will monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
