Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for in-office rehab in Ocala, FL. The role involves evaluating, treating, and documenting speech, language, and swallowing disorders in accordance with facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, and developing discharge plans; collaboration with care teams and families; and maintaining infection control and safety standards. Requires CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility and licensed SLP in Florida.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
