Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of South Point is hiring PRN Speech Language Pathologists to join our inpatient rehab team this winter. Ideal candidates will have inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn, with an active SLP license in the state and current BLS certification.

The Speech Language Pathologist will focus on direct patient care, planning and implementing treatment programs, and participating in service development across PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• S LP license in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
