Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of El Paso is seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists to join our team with a flexible schedule. The SLP will provide direct patient care, plan and implement treatment programs, and contribute to service development across inpatient hospital settings. Texas SLP license and current BLS are required; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

This role supports compassionate care for chronically and critically ill patients across our hospital network.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
