Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate speech-language therapists to work one-on-one with children in their homes to improve speech and language functioning. Service is provided to children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Southeast Michigan.

Benefits include flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive team culture. License as a Speech & Language Therapist in Michigan is required, along with a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Therapist by the State of Michigan.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress.
• Document progress and communicate with the supervisor.
