Reliant Healthcare Group in Cypress, TX is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinician-owned, kid-focused team. We offer a Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) compensation model that rewards productivity while maintaining fairness, transparency, and growth.

You will create and implement personalized therapy plans, turning therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities.

That’s why we’ve built a Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV) compensation model for our therapy team members, designed to reward productivity while ensuring fairness, transparency, and growth — all without compromising the consistency of patient care.

Flexible Schedule Options

• Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or
• Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend

Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license – REQUIRED

Physical Requirements

• Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
• Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
• Transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more
• Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
