Banner Physical Therapy in Mesa, AZ seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver outpatient neuro rehabilitation services. You will assess adults with neurological conditions, set treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP required and ASHA certification required.
• Arizona state licensure required to practice.
• Experience in adult neurology or neuro rehab preferred.
• Clinical practicum hours completed during training (ASHA CFY eligible).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs.
• Coordinate treatment plans with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Provide high‑quality patient care and monitor progress with centers and patients.

Location: 2225 W. Southern Ave., Suite A, Mesa, AZ 85202

Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
