Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient neuro-focused team. The role requires CCCs, ASHA certification, and state licensure to provide neurological rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Must have CCC-SLP for this position
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience
• Meet ASHA minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including 36 credit hours in prescribed study

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes
• Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients

Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (evenings until 6 pm)
