Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Dover, DE. Onsite services or a hybrid model are available to support student communication and confidence.

You’ll inspire students, collaborate with staff, and provide therapy aligned with district goals. Relocation assistance, competitive pay, professional development stipends, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in schools and with children is a plus.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Develop and implement therapy plans and progress reports.
• Support CFYs and contribute to student outcomes.
