Job summary

Liberty Commons of Columbus County is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehab team and deliver personalized care. This role involves direct therapy within a SNF setting and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families.

The position emphasizes progressive treatment modalities and a commitment to compassionate care. Note: this is not a CFY position and experience in rehab SNFs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• License: Must be licensed in the state where you will work; must have 3 C's.
• Experience: Prior rehab SNF experience preferred; 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehab plans for patients and families.
• Provide in-house speech-language therapy using progressive treatment modalities to address a range of diseases and impairments.
• Uphold a safe, drug-free workplace and standard professional practices; this is not a CFY position.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.

EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
