Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team for K-12 students in a full-time contract. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver therapies across 1-2 buildings, supporting both verbal and non-verbal learners and collaborating with educators and families to foster communication and academic growth.

The role emphasizes a consistent schedule, ongoing professional growth, and a supportive environment dedicated to student achievement across diverse classrooms.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility.
  • CCC preferred or CFY status.
  • Experience in school settings and with diverse student populations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with non-verbal students and AAC.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including support for non-verbal students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
  • Travel between 1-2 school buildings as part of your caseload.
