Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school setting near Albany, Oregon. The contract runs now through June 17, 2027, with typical hours 8 am–4 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

You will provide expert speech-language consultation to a diverse caseload of about 70 students, without case management duties. Required are a Master’s in SLP, active Oregon licensure (or eligibility), and preferably CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is valued.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Deliver speech and language consultation services to K-12 students across a variety of needs.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to intervention planning alongside school teams.
• Engage in regular communication with staff and parents to optimize student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and provide professional recommendations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
