Position

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) – Part‑time / Per day, home health visits.

Job Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health visits with adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis. At least one year of experience as an SLP is required; prior home health experience as an SLP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician’s orders, and recommended goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the speech‑therapy care plan, and participate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado.
• Certificate or eligibility for clinical competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.
• Equivalent educational requirements and work experience; awaiting the exam for certification or in the process of accumulating required supervised experience.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Compensation

Pay: $60–$65 per point, based on qualifications.
