BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Person, Caswell, and Orange counties in North Carolina.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, developing treatment plans, and documenting care using an EMR tablet. Prior home health experience is a plus; licensure and CCC-SLP or equivalent path required.

This position will be providing home health services to adult and geriatric patients in homes throughout Person, Caswell, and Orange counties.
Prior home care experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, SLP is a plus, but not required.
As a home care Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
