Job summary

AccentCare in Medford, OR seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team. The role covers Medford and surrounding areas, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a pay-per-point compensation model and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in speech-language pathology, CCC-SLP eligibility, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or certification as required by ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and therapy for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team to support patient outcomes.

Sign-On-Bonus: $20K

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm / 30 pts per week

Be the Best Speech Language Pathologist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• A degree and an internship from an approved master's program in Speech-Language Pathology or as required by applicablelaw and/or regulation
• Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology,granted by the American Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association(ASHA)

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology, with a minimum of one (1) year's clinical experience in Speech-LanguagePathology
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Valid driver's license and an automobile that is insured
