Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Haverhill, MA. In this role, you will deliver home health visits, evaluating and treating adult and geriatric clients' communication and swallowing challenges. You’ll work collaboratively with a care team to enhance clients' quality of life while they remain safely at home.

This position offers a $15,000 bonus opportunity for full-time staff and supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Must have an active SLP license in New Hampshire.
• Graduate from an accredited speech-language pathology program with ASHA.
• Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area.
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges.
• Create personalized care plans and adjust them as clients progress.
• Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care.
• Educate patients and families on care at home.
• Document visits and progress using the EMR system.

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our teams, providing home health visits in patients’ homes and in senior living communities throughout New Hampshire in Salem, Hampton and Nashua territories. You’ll be working with adult and geriatric clients in the place they feel most comfortable—their homes.

$15,000 Bonus Opportunity for Full Time

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative care team, helping clients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely at home.

What you’ll do:

• Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
• Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
• Document your visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system

What we’re looking for:

• An active SLP license in New Hampshire
• Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems

$64.00-$70.00 per point
