Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services. You will supervise and evaluate patients, delivering speech, swallowing, and cognitive therapies in a home-based setting, working under physician orders.

The role requires a valid SLP license in the state of employment, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation to serve clients across varied neighborhoods and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services to home clients as prescribed by the physician.
• Treat patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy and hearing impairments that affect communication.
• Support patients recovering from strokes or other neurological conditions in their homes.

Responsibilities

Our Speech Language Pathologists supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services to clients in a home setting as prescribed by the attending physician. The SLP treats patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy, and hearing impairments that affect communication. In addition they participate in helping patients that may be recovering from a stroke or other neurological disorders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
