We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children in the Early Intervention setting, collaborating with families and professionals, and ensuring thorough documentation and progress notes for each

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related area.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CF/CFY.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state.
• DOH approval required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings (home or center).
• Performs evaluations and tracks child progress.
• Delivers Speech Therapy services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

• Collaborate with other families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the goals of each child.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or ASHA clinical fellowship (CF status).
• Must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.
• DOH approval is required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $70.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.
