GALENA ABA, Speech & OT in Lake Worth, Florida, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct pediatric therapy and supervise SLPAs.

Join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic and collaborate with OT/PT and physicians to deliver family-centered care. This in-person role offers supervision opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Florida SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or eligible.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy services.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, including direct and indirect supervision, documentation review, and clinical guidance.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily documentation.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, teachers, and families to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct speech therapy services while supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Florida regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders.
