Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our supportive therapy team. Both Full-Time and Part-Time arrangements are available, with a focus on building relationships and making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

The ideal candidate will provide therapy across speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing domains, develop personalized plans, and collaborate closely with families and nursing staff to maximize independence and progress.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, nursing, and other therapy team members.
• Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress updates.
