Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for in-person services to public school students in New Jersey (K-5). This full-time leave coverage role runs from 11/10/26 to 4/30/27, with school-day hours from 8:50 AM to 3:56 PM, Monday through Friday.

Applicants must hold NJ School Certification, have or be willing to obtain necessary clearances, and carry professional liability insurance. The role involves evaluations, IEP development, and collaboration with classroom staff.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist must hold New Jersey School Certification.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Providing push-in support in classrooms.
• Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs.
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.

Salary

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary: $70-$75 per hour
