Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Blanchester, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a range of speech therapies and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.

The position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a 4-5 day work week, and optional part-time shifts (20–25 hours). Benefits cover health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, licensure reimbursement and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of employment.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid ASHA Certification.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
