PAM Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 10 AM. You will deliver direct patient care, design individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence for patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred. FEES certification preferred.
