Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR AT ADAMS in Texas. You will work within a high-energy, interdisciplinary environment to deliver patient-centered SLP services for a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

You will contribute to program development in functional mobility, cognition, fall prevention, and discharge planning, with ongoing training and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license required for SLP practice.
• Ability to work within a diverse therapy team.
• Experience in SNF/post-acute care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to patients in-house.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan care and discharge goals.

AVIR AT ADAMS, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.
