Job summary

Vital Therapy - Avir at Abilene is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. You will deliver SLP services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

We offer opportunities to create programs in dysphagia, aphasia, cognition, memory care, and return to home, with ongoing training and career development across our growing Texas network.

Qualifications

• Current TX license to practice as SLP.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Develop and implement programs addressing dysphagia, cognition, aphasia, and memory care.

AVIR at Abilene, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
