Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in senior care settings, including facilities and home visits. Work is centered on patient needs, with flexible scheduling and autonomy to impact outcomes.

You will collaborate with therapists and leadership to maintain high-quality care, document progress, and contribute to a supportive team culture that values mentorship and simple documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered state SLP license.
• Master’s Degree from ASHA-accredited program or equivalent.
• COVID vaccination may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in home or facility settings.
• Collaborate with therapists and leadership to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Unencumbered state Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Master’s Degree from a program accredited by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), or the equivalent
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
