Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary team for evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy.

You will provide speech therapy to children and families in clinic, schools, and homes, addressing ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs with a focus on speech, language, feeding, and swallowing.

This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing, you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $70,000-85,000
