Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Copperhill, TN. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders within a collaborative rehab team.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and work with PTs, OT s, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care. CFY applicants encouraged; licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current TN SLP license.
• CCC-SLP required for this location.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
