Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our N. Wilkesboro, NC skilled nursing facility. Part-time role averages 15-25 hours per week with PRN options.

You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using a variety of speech therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA Certification required.
• State licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the employment state required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using speech therapy methods and assistive devices.
• Maximize residents' functional communication and swallowing skills through evidence-based interventions.

Education

• Speech-Language Pathology license in state of employment
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certification Required
