Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide itinerant services to preschool students in Carbon or Lehigh County, with potential expansion to school-age PreK–12 as caseloads evolve. The position requires active PA SLP licensure and onsite availability, with a collaborative, flexible approach to early intervention.

• Reliable access to transportation.
• Flexible mindset, able to support PreK12 caseloads as assignments change.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to preschoolers (and potentially school-age students) in accordance with IEP goals.
• Travel to multiple educational sites as assigned to provide direct services.
• Assess, plan, and document student progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success.
• Adapt services and schedules according to evolving caseloads throughout the year.
• Fulfill all recordkeeping and compliance expectations according to guidelines.

This contract position requires a 35-hour work week starting tentatively on 7/6/2026 and running through 6/11/2027, aligning with the Early Intervention year-round calendar.
