Description du poste

Description

Some of the most meaningful moments in speech-language therapy happen when students discover new ways to communicate, connect, and express themselves. A child finding the words or using a communication device to share their thoughts and ideas. A student developing the language and social communication skills to build friendships and participate more confidently in classroom discussions. A teenager learning to advocate for their needs and communicate with greater independence as they prepare for life beyond school. At ACCESS Academy, those moments are what our work is all about.

We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with children and adolescents, sees the possibilities in every student, and wants to be part of a team that shows up for one another as much as they do for the children they serve.

Our therapists work alongside educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals in a collaborative school environment where expertise is valued, ideas are shared, and everyone works toward a common goal: helping children reach their potential.

A rewarding career with room for life outside of work

We know that meaningful progress doesn't happen by accident. It takes skilled therapists, the right resources, and a team that supports one another. We also believe the professionals doing this important work deserve time for their own lives.

At ACCESS, You'll Enjoy
  • 15.5 paid holidays and 18 days of paid time off annually — a total of 33.5 paid days off
  • No nights or weekends, with steady, predictable daytime schedules
  • Competitive salaries with opportunities for milestone bonuses
  • Paid professional licensure and continuing education (CEUs)
  • Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) with employer matching opportunities
  • State-of-the-art therapy facilities designed specifically for pediatric care
  • A collaborative environment where therapists, educators, and other professionals work together toward each client’s goals
  • Opportunities to pursue professional interests through special projects and programs
  • A family-friendly workplace that recognizes the importance of life beyond work
