Job summary

Westmoreland Care & Rehabilitation Center, part of Signature Rehab under Signature HealthCARE, is recruiting a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Tennessee. The role supports residents across short- and long-term care with outpatient services.

You will provide assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic services, collaborating with the clinical team to promote meaningful communication outcomes and functional participation in daily life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents and patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Participate in PRN scheduling (4–5 hours/day, 5 days/week).

How You Will Make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.

Need consistent PRN 4‑5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
