SPG Therapy & Education in Victorville, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinician-led team. You will provide school-based SLP services, conduct assessments, write reports, and collaborate with IEP teams to support student success.

We offer mentorship, ongoing professional development, and flexible schedules with full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities. Compensation ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per year, with relocation and referral bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct school-based speech-language pathology services in CA with ethical and legal standards.
• Perform assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents, Teachers, and IEP teams on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation, and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
