Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Tallahassee, FL. As a full-time SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with schools and families, and help students find their voice in a supportive learning environment.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and state licensure. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required.
• State licensure as an SLP in Florida.
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes.
