Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join a compassionate team delivering patient-centered care in senior living communities. The role emphasizes evidence-based evaluation and personalized treatment plans for swallowing and communication disorders.

You will collaborate with therapists, participate in care planning conferences, and provide one-on-one sessions that support residents’ functional goals.

Formación

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement Speech Pathology programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized sessions and functional-based approaches.

• Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach
