Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join a clinician-led pediatric team in San Diego. You will provide school-based SLP services, collaborate with an IEP team, and drive goals aligned with curricular standards in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility is required.
• Fingerprint background clearance is required.
• TB clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Salary - $82,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar CFs Welcome! Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
