Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our San Antonio, TX school-based program. Onsite and hybrid options are available for qualified candidates, with opportunities to impact students’ voices and confidence.

Required are a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP from ASHA, and Texas licensure (TDLR). CFY welcome; relocation stipends and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist through TDLR.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
• CFY (Clinical Fellows) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals.
• Attend IEP meetings and progress reviews.
