Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy provides pediatric home health therapy in the Houston area. We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home and hybrid services, focusing on pediatric communication and feeding goals within a family-centered approach.

You will assess and treat children, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team. We offer flexible scheduling, professional growth, and competitive pay per session.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred; CFs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or hybrid pediatric speech-language therapy services.
• Create individualized treatment plans focusing on communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing as applicable.
• Support family involvement and carryover of therapy strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear, timely documentation.
