Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for positions in the Salem, OR area. You will deliver evaluations, therapy, and educational support to students in a collaborative school setting.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure (BSPA) with TSPC endorsement, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• SLP license from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)
• Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically.

Responsibilities

• Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Contract length: 2026–2027 school year
• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

Requirements

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Required: SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)
• Required: Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
