Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join Signature Rehab, providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatients. You will work closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve a full recovery and a timely return to daily activities.

The role requires a master’s degree, state licensure, and ASHA CCC, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work with other clinicians to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide evidence-based speech-language pathology services.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care with a focus on quality outcomes and dignity.
